INFINITI Re-Brand
INFINITI went through a brand overhaul. INFINITI was also expanding the vendor options from a single approved vendor to three. We needed to maintain our standing as an endorsed website provider, retain our existing customers, and create growth opportunities.

Challenges
The existing INFINITI websites were built on two now-outdated designs and the legacy version of our CMS.
The new design guidelines needed to be meticulously translated and applied to our new Next-Gen platform.
Existing customers needed to be migrated over to the new Next-Gen model.
The timeline was tight.
INFINITI was using SHIFT, a third party, to handle all communications and approvals.

My Role: I served as lead designer interpreting INFINITI’s new brand guidelines and stringent compliance requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables through weekly sprints. This process required close collaboration with Shift, a third-party partner, and coordination with internal teams, including developers, support staff, project managers, and migration specialists, to ensure that the needs of all customers were addressed.
The result: We completed the redesign, migration, and approval process on time and maintained our place as an approved vendor. Resulting in an on-brand website, multiple homepage layouts, and premade content blocks to choose from, along with supporting marketing collateral.
Supporting Collateral
TOYOTA
The Toyota design project began as a strategic pitch to secure Toyota as an endorsed brand for our website offerings. I developed customer-facing static and dynamic mockups, ultimately delivering a comprehensive, on-brand website and design system for Toyota dealers. The project involved extensive cross-team collaboration, the establishment of consistent design styles, the creation of one-pagers, sprint planning, ticket management, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
